The pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen production device operates under normal temperature conditions. It uses molecular sieves to selectively adsorb nitrogen from the air, reduces the pressure in the adsorption tower to desorb the nitrogen adsorbed in the molecular sieves, thereby achieving an adsorption-desorption cycle operation and continuously producing oxygen with a purity of 90-95%.

Working Principle
The system uses high-quality carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents. Under pressure, the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecules on carbon molecular sieves enables oxygen-nitrogen separation. The pressure variation allows for continuous adsorption and desorption cycles.
Using a two-tower process, one tower adsorbs and produces nitrogen while the other desorbs and regenerates, enabling continuous high-quality nitrogen production.
